World Shipping (China) Summit 2013 held in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province

Centered upon the theme of "Responding to New Realities", the “World Shipping (China) Summit 2013” is grandly held in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, on 6th of November. The summit will last three days, closing on 8th of November.  Mr. Li Qiang, Governor of People's Government of Zhejiang Province, Mr. Song Jiahui, Chief Safety Inspector of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Lu Ziyue, Mayor of Nindbo City, Mr. Ma Zehua, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of Party Committee of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company, Mr. Li Yunpeng, Director of Board, President and Party Committee Member of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company attends the annual meeting. Mr. Sun Jiakang, Executive Vice President and Party Committee Member of COSCO Group, chaires the opening ceremony. The Summit attracts more than 800 delegates from all parts of the world.

With great support from Bureau of Water Transport of MOT P. R. China, the Summit is jointly organized by COSCO, Maritime China, Drewry and Journal of Commerce. BIMCO, CSA, the Baltic Exchange, INTERCARGO, INTERTANKO and ICS are acting as the honorary organizers.
