1. Goal:
Long-term goal: òEarning more than 10 Billion Yuan of Annual Profit, Building Permanent COSCOó, of which, òBuilding Permanent COSCO is the goal, òEarning more than 10 Billion Yuan of Annual Profitó is the economic base line.
Medium-term goal: Becoming a system integrator of international shipping logistics industry.
Short-term goal: transform from a global shipping carrier to a global logistics provider relying on shipping business, from an international business operator to a multinational company to achieve sustainable development.
2. Policies and regulations: COSCO has established decision-making system with the ISO9000 as the framework, which extends to the comprehensive risk management system. Subsidiary companies have brought decision-making and management into the ISO9000 Quality Management System for control and started to set up comprehensive risk management, in a bid to ensure the effective execution and achieving of the group's strategy.
   
3. Organizational liabilities: The group and direct subsidiary companies have set up special sectors for the management system, and assigned the decision-making and management liability to each function departments through the Work Standard.

4. Training: Every year COSCO organizes obliged training for administrative executives of the management system to update their knowledge.

5. Supervision: Each functional sector is responsible for daily supervision; supervision sector and internal auditing sector are responsible for comprehensive supervision.

6. Certification and audit: COSCO's modern enterprise management system passed the joint certification of Det Norske Veritas and China Classification Society Quality Assurance Ltd. Each direct subsidiary's management system has also passed the certification.
