Policies and regulations:
COSCO has established decision making quality management system with the ISO9000 as the framework, which extends to the comprehensive risk management system. Second-tier subsidiary companies have brought decision making and management into the ISO9000 Quality Management System for control and started to set up comprehensive risk management, in a bid to ensure the effective execution and settlement of the group's strategy.

Organizational liabilities:
The group and second-tier subsidiary companies have set up special sectors for the management system, and assigned the decision-making and management liability to each function departments through the Work Standard.

Training:
Every year COSCO organizes obliged training for administrative executives of the management system to update their knowledge.

Supervision:
Each functional sector is responsible for daily supervision; supervision sector and internal auditing sector are responsible for comprehensive supervision.

Certification:
COSCO's modern enterprise management system passed the joint certification of Det Norske Veritas and China Classification Society Quality Assurance Ltd. Each second-tier subsidiaries' management system has also passed the certification.
